American Mechanical Services, LLC ("AMS," "we," "us," or "our") may collect information you provide when you contact us, request service, communicate with our team, or use this website. This may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, service address or location, property type, requested service, appointment and account information, and the details included in your inquiry or service request. We may also collect limited website usage and technical information, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and basic diagnostic or security logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide requested services, communicate about appointments, technician arrival, estimates, job status, invoices, account matters, and related service needs; maintain business and service records; improve our website and operations; protect our customers, company, and systems; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Optional text messaging
If you separately choose to receive text messages, AMS may send service-related messages concerning your inquiry, requested service, appointments, technician arrival, scheduling changes, job status, and related account communications. SMS participation is optional. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Mobile information and consent
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers that support our operations, such as customer service, communications delivery, information technology, security, or recordkeeping, is permitted only as necessary to provide those support services and subject to appropriate protections. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Other limited disclosures
We may disclose other personal information to service providers working on our behalf, when required by law or legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not authorize those recipients to use mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
